Thank you for using the AmigoVibes App. This refund policy explains how refunds are handled for subscription plans and in-app purchases made through the App. By using the App and making purchases, you agree to this refund policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from making any purchases through the App.
Subscription Plans:
- Refund Eligibility: If you have purchased a subscription plan through the App and wish to request a refund, you may be eligible for a refund within the first 7 Days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within the eligible period specified above.
- You have not used any premium features or benefits associated with the subscription during the eligible period.
- You have not violated our terms and conditions or community guidelines.

In-App Purchases:
- Refund Eligibility: If you have made an in-app purchase through the App and wish to request a refund, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within the eligible period specified above.
- The in-app purchase was made in error or without your authorization.
- You have not consumed or used the purchased in-app item.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Some items or services within the App may be marked as non-refundable. Non-refundable items may include certain premium features, in-app currency, or consumable items. Please review the description of each item or service before making a purchase.
Change of Subscription Plan:
- If you wish to change your subscription plan, you can do so through the App’s settings. Any change in subscription plan will be immediately activated and any refund on old plan will not be entertained.
