Welcome to AmigoVibes! These terms and conditions govern your use of the AmigoVibes App. By using the App, you agree to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

Registration

• To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
• You agree to keep your account login details confidential and not share them with others.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

• By using the App, you agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant AmigoVibes a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish your content in connection with the App.

Privacy

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Safety and Conduct

• You agree not to engage in any behavior that could harm or harass other users, including but not limited to stalking, solicitation, or sending unsolicited messages.
• AmigoVibes reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.

Moderation and Monitoring

• AmigoVibes may monitor user interactions and content to ensure compliance with these terms. We reserve the right to remove or suspend accounts or content that violates our guidelines.

Intellectual Property

• You agree not to use any copyrighted material without permission. AmigoVibes respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Matches and Interactions

• AmigoVibes provides a platform for users to connect and interact but cannot guarantee successful matches or search outcomes.

Subscription and Payments

• Some features of the App may require a subscription or payment. The pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policy for these features will be specified separately.

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the App. AmigoVibes may also terminate or suspend your account for violating these terms or engaging in harmful behavior.

Limitation of Liability

• AmigoVibes shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App or any content or services provided through the App.

Modifications

• AmigoVibes reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur , Kerala.

• Respectful Behavior: Treat other users with respect and kindness. Refrain from engaging in offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language or behavior.
• No Harassment: Do not harass, stalk, or intimidate other users. Unwanted advances or persistent messages after rejection are not allowed.
• Authentic Profiles: Create and maintain only one account per user. Use genuine and accurate information in your profile.
• No Explicit Content: Posting or sharing explicit, adult, or offensive content, including nudity or sexually suggestive material, is strictly prohibited.
• Privacy and Safety: Protect your privacy and the privacy of others. Avoid sharing personal contact information or financial details through the app.
• Consent in Communication: Obtain explicit consent before sharing personal information, including photos and videos, with other users.
• No Spam or Solicitation: Avoid spamming or engaging in any form of solicitation, including advertising or promoting products, services, or other platforms.
• Report Inappropriate Content: Report any profiles, messages, or content that violate these guidelines or appear suspicious.
• No Hate Speech: Do not use the app to spread hate speech, racism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination.
• No Impersonation: Do not impersonate or misrepresent yourself as someone else or use the app on behalf of someone else.
• Appropriate Language: Use appropriate language and avoid excessive use of profanity or offensive words.
• No Catfishing: Do not create fake profiles or mislead others about your identity or intentions.
• No Inappropriate Solicitation: Do not use the app to request money, gifts, or other forms of financial assistance from other users.
• Appropriate Profile Pictures: Use appropriate and clear profile pictures that represent you genuinely.
• Age Verification: Users must be of legal age to use the app, and any attempt to misrepresent age is strictly prohibited.
• Respect App Guidelines: Follow the terms and conditions of the app and any additional guidelines provided by the app administrators.
• Positive Community: Strive to contribute positively to the community, making it a welcoming and enjoyable space for all users.
• No Cyberbullying: Do not engage in cyberbullying or encourage others to do so. Report any instances of cyberbullying immediately.
• Child abuse content: CAC is strictly prohibited on the App. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit or suggestive images, text, or discussions involving minors in inappropriate or harmful situations. Users who engage in or share child abuse content will have their accounts permanently banned from the App, and we may report such activity to appropriate authorities as required by law. We encourage our users to actively report any content that violates our policies, including child abuse content
• Appropriate Content: Share content that is appropriate for platform, and avoid political or controversial discussions that may create conflicts.
• Be Yourself: Be genuine and honest in your interactions, and respect others’ authenticity.
